We are looking for a Senior Night Care Worker to provide Christian leadership and support as a senior staff member within our service. You will manage a team, oversee the care provided to service users, and ensure high professional standards. Key responsibilities include:
1. Assessing service needs
2. Supervising staff
3. Promoting equality
4. Ensuring effective communication
In this role, you will assist with staff recruitment, training, and performance management while maintaining a supportive and safe environment for service users. You will also provide management cover when needed, lead daily devotions, and handle Health & Safety responsibilities.
Minimum Requirements:
Candidates should have an HNC in Social Care or SVQ 3 and be working towards a management qualification, with relevant experience and basic computer skills. As this role requires working within a Christian ethos, you must have a Christian faith. PVG Scheme membership and SSSC registration are required.
