Join us in this monumental venture and help shape a sustainable future The Role: Lead and Mentor: Manage and develop a high-performing team of planners, guiding them through the complexities of bulk earthworks and ensuring alignment with overall project objectives. Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain the earthworks programme, ensuring it is functionally compliant and aligned with our planning procedures. Collaborative Coordination: Work closely with various project teams, including site establishment, enabling works, and designers, to create a cohesive and efficient project execution plan. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise key performance indicators and project data to track progress, identify deviations, and make informed decisions to keep the project on course. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor junior planners, and foster a strong safety culture.
