Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Role Overview:
Full-time, long-term – Mon-Fri, 8:30am-4:00pm – Easton, Bristol – Earn up to £500 per week
* Work within the school’s Special Educational Needs (SEN) provision to support students with communication difficulties.
* Assist students with various learning challenges, including cognitive, behavioural, emotional, social, physical, or sensory needs.
* Plan and deliver targeted interventions to track students’ academic and pastoral development.
* Receive training to deepen your understanding of the approaches and solutions used for students with complex needs.
* Collaborate with in-house educational psychologists, Speech & Language Therapists, and external professionals to contribute to student case studies.
* Make a meaningful impact by helping young people reach their academic and personal goals.
Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Candidate Requirements:
* Must hold a 2:1 degree or higher in a relevant subject.
* Previous experience working with young people, either academically or pastorally.
* A genuine desire to pursue a career supporting young people.
* Eagerness to learn and proactively engage in professional development.
* A compassionate individual who can build strong relationships with students.
