CAREER PROGRESSION - After 12 months progression to £32-35k + £10-15k OTE and 2/3 years in where you have become an expert the step-up to Field Sales and Regional Account Management which attracts a £45k - £55k base + car allowance + £20-25k where top performers are exceeding £80k.
