Description
As the Brand Marketing & Partnerships Manager, you will drive our brand strategy, ensuring consistency and alignment across all touchpoints. You will collaborate closely with key teams - including PR, marketing, social media, e-commerce, buying and merchandising, internal communications, design, and graphics - to build a strong and engaging brand presence.
Additionally, you will manage our key strategic partnerships, foster relationships with charities and identify exciting new collaborations as we grow in existing markets and expand into new ones. Key Responsibilities
* Oversee our brand strategy to align with our mission and business goals. Maintaining a distinctive tone of voice and consistent storytelling across all touchpoints for Mountain Warehouse, Animal and EMS (Eastern Mountain Sports).
* Work cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency across PR, marketing, content generation, e-commerce, and in-store experiences.
* Provide ongoing support to the PR strategy and execution, ensuring alignment with overarching brand and business objectives.
* Manage key strategic partnerships and creative projects, ensuring mutual value and alignment with our brand values.
* Identify and onboard new brand partnerships, collaborations, and charity initiatives as we expand globally.
* Oversee co-branded campaigns and manage ongoing brand projects, ensuring seamless integration of messaging and brand storytelling.
* Collaborate with internal teams on brand activations, product launches, PR events and ambassador programs.
* Input into customer profiles to define and grow audience engagement.
* Lead negotiations, contracting and relationship management with external partners.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging brand opportunities.
* Represent the brand at key industry events, networking opportunities, and partnership meetings.

* Strong strategic mindset with the ability to see the bigger picture and execute accordingly.

* A creative thinker who can bring innovative ideas to life while staying true to brand values.
* Strong project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Passion for the outdoors and an understanding of the outdoor retail space.
