We have a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to join a leading law firm based in their Spalding office. Our client is a multi-site firm with an excellent reputation in their industry. They are looking for a motivated graduate to join the team on a full-time, permanent basis. Monday-Friday. Hybrid working after the probation period. Salary: £24,000-£25,000.
Graduate HR Administrator - The Role:
* Keeping the HR system up to date with information.
* Completing all relevant payroll administration.
* Salary review, probation, and performance management paperwork.
* Conduct tasks relevant to staff absence and sickness.
* Liaising with managers as necessary.
* Document staff meetings and keep up to date file notes.
* Drafting appropriate HR documentation and correspondence.
* Attend probation review meetings.
* Monitor and respond to emails in the HR inbox.
* Maintain staff confidentiality at all times.
* Work within the GDPR and data protection guidelines.
* Supporting the director with the recruitment process.
Graduate HR Administrator - The Candidate:
* A HR or business related degree.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Strong work ethic.
* Admin experience is beneficial.
* Excellent communication skills.
* IT literate to include Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Ability to work under pressure.
