THE ROLE OF MARKETING AND CRM MANAGER:
* Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms.
* Manage CRM strategy, ensuring data accuracy, segmentation, and regulatory compliance.
* Champion digital transformation, leveraging technology to improve fan engagement and commercial outcomes.
* Optimise supporter retention and acquisition, using insights and analytics to drive personalised marketing.
* Focus on local audience growth and engagement, ensuring marketing strategies cater primarily to Plymouth Argyle’s core fan base while identifying opportunities for international expansion.
* Collaborate with commercial teams to create targeted B2B marketing initiatives.
* Lead global marketing efforts, identifying international growth opportunities for Plymouth Argyle.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE MARKETING AND CRM MANAGER:
* Strong background in digital marketing, innovation, and audience segmentation.
* Proven experience in CRM management and data-led marketing strategies.
* Expertise in campaign lifecycle management, including planning, execution, and evaluation.
* Ability to analyse supporter behaviours to drive engagement and revenue growth.
* Experience in marketing to both local and international audiences, with a primary focus on strengthening local fan engagement.
* Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM systems, and digital advertising platforms.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages.
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
