The Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Practice Manager to lead and develop a high-performing recruitment team, drive business growth, and enhance client relationships. This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing recruitment delivery, market strategy, and consultant development within a designated practice area.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for the practice, ensuring alignment with Synapri’s overall business objectives.
2. Team Management: Mentor, coach, and manage a team of recruitment consultants, helping them achieve individual and team targets.
3. Business Development: Build and maintain strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
4. Recruitment Delivery: Ensure best-in-class recruitment practices, oversee key accounts, and support consultants in securing top talent.
5. Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to position Synapri as a leading specialist recruiter.
6. Performance Management: Monitor KPIs and key metrics, implementing strategies to improve efficiency and success.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, marketing, and operations to optimize recruitment processes and drive innovation.
Key Requirements
1. Proven experience in recruitment leadership, preferably within technology or business applications.
2. Strong track record in business development, client management, and revenue generation.
3. Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
5. Deep understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and market trends within the technology sectors.
6. Commercially astute with a results-driven mindset.
