This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Meeting and Events Office Manager at Crowne Plaza Gerrards Cross. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to meeting planning, customer service, contract negotiation, budgeting, and event planning within the hotel premises.
About you…
You will have previous sales experience in a large hotel/conference venue and experience of systems such as Salesforce, DEPHI, and Opera, with a passion for sales and strong desire to succeed. You are passionate about customer service and motivated to change and grow. You ideally will have:
* A drive for sales generation, networking, building reputations and identifying new opportunities within social and corporate markets
* Knowledge of sales & events management in a hotel environment
* Experience in taking proactive action in developing sales campaigns that have an immediate impact on revenue
* Ability and confidence to influence senior management
* Excellent communication and influencing skills
* Knowledge of OPERA PMS and S&C system desired
* Previous Senior Sales and Events experience
