Job Responsibilities:
* Be our 'go-to' as a vital part of the facilities maintenance operation
* Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks
* Troubleshoot and fix minor electrical and plumbing issues
* Assemble and install furniture and fixtures
* Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems
Minimum Requirements:
* Proven experience in a handy person or maintenance role
* Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry
* Ability to use hand and power tools safely
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Excellent time management and organisational abilities
