As we expand our operations, we are looking for a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to join our team who can drive operational readiness, with great risk Management and leadership skills. In this role, you will own various software implementation projects, guiding them from conception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently while adhering to timelines and budgets. The successful candidate will work directly with internal teams and external parties when required to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget, reporting to the Senior Project Manager. Key responsibilities: • Define detailed Project Plans, execute, and deliver projects according to defined scopes, timelines, and budgets. • Coordinate tasks internally and externally across various teams and different seniority levels for the flawless execution of projects • Perform risk management to minimize project Impact and cross-functional dependencies • Create and maintain comprehensive Governance within Projects • Identify areas of improvement while driving Projects supporting operational excellence • Perform other related duties as assigned • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs, process improvements, etc. Requirements • 4 years ‘Hands on’ Project Manager experience, a self-driven individual that can work autonomously • Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines. • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies with strong governance • Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly. • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. • Proficient in project management tools and software. • A degree in Business Administration, Project Management certifications is preferred. • Experience within Financial services is preferred.
