Your role will involve: Supporting students with special educational needs on a 1:1 basis Assisting in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapting learning activities to suit student needs. Promoting positive behaviour and providing emotional support to students. Collaborating with class teachers, SEND coordinators, and other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students. Encouraging the development of social skills and fostering independence in students.
