Sales Negotiator - Luton
Basic Salary: £20,000 plus commission (OTE £55,000)
Hours: Monday – Friday 9am - 6pm, Alternate Saturdays 9am – 4pm – 5-day week
Driver & Own car required
Our client is focused on strengthening their outstanding team and is looking for a Sales Negotiator to become part of their great team. You will have outstanding customer service and a down-to-earth manner. With an ethos based on honesty, integrity, and local knowledge, the ideal candidate will possess these qualities, in addition to being confident, responsible, well-presented, and highly motivated.
We are looking for someone who can shine within this established team that is already providing the highest level of service to their clients. Working hard to achieve exceptional results, we want someone with the expertise to hit the ground running and the desire to learn and grow within this fantastic environment.
We are looking for a Sales Negotiator with the following skills:

Key Responsibilities:
* Arrange viewings & convert enquiries
* Communicate with vendors and buyers to achieve the best results
* Canvassing and prospecting new business
* Deliver incredible service and achieve 5-star Google reviews
* Progress your own deals weekly and update clients frequently
* Manage your own diary and use your time efficiently
* Ensure we exceed service level agreements
