The main duties of the role include:
1. Contacting providers to obtain information on existing plans
2. Submitting/processing new business applications
3. Obtaining plan valuations
4. Corresponding with clients
5. Ensuring client records are kept up to date
6. Other general administrative duties
The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience:
* Previous administration experience gained from either Financial or Professional Services
* Diligent, analytical, with a good eye for detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Good organisational and time management skills
* Ability to multi-task and work both individually and as part of a team
* Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
