When it comes to planning, you can budget to the penny, time to the second. You’re a natural at getting the best from your team, partners, and suppliers. You make sure the right people and the right things are in the right places at the right time. Working at a blistering pace doesn’t faze you in the slightest. Oh, and you’ll already have at least 4 years or so of event experience in an agency behind you.

Main Responsibilities
Creative / Operational
1. Taking enquiries from clients for a variety of events across different sectors and managing the briefing process with the internal team, suppliers, and the client.
2. Producing creative solutions to the brief to show the client objectives.
3. Working with the events team to produce a creative proposal for the client.
4. Producing thorough and detailed budgets.
5. Creating, presenting, and pitching to clients and taking to contract stage.
6. Overseeing creative content for proposals and events.
7. Dealing with suppliers from enquiry to completion – cost, contracts, briefs, and event delivery.
8. Full production management of all event logistics from beginning to end for your events.
9. Creating a full event running order plans and running a team onsite at events.
10. Developing event timelines, budgets, and detailed production schedules.
11. Ability to advise on technical requirements and be up to date on the latest trends in the industry. Having a strong understanding of the AV Production required on events is essential.
12. Ensuring a smooth running event for your clients, venues, and suppliers and providing regular detailed feedback and attention to detail.
13. Ability to delegate, as well as be delegated to, working as a team on any role needed to ensure the best outcome.
14. Knowledge and ability to advise on technical requirements, up-to-date entertainment options, unique catering ideas, and latest trends within the industry.
15. Knowledge of Health and Safety and RAMS creation for events.
Account Management
1. Manage existing accounts with a consistent level of service ensuring growth through creativity and delivery.
2. Creating meeting agendas, meeting minutes, and leading on client communications.
3. Conducting internal and external debrief meetings.
4. Ability to upsell additional services and increase margins through negotiating with suppliers.
5. Creating creative ways to create and maintain client relationships.
6. Ability to drive sales and new business generation through networking and referrals.

Other General Requirements
1. Current driving license.
2. Ability to travel around the UK & overseas.
3. Flexible approach to working hours as live events may take place over evenings and/or weekends.
4. Comply with the company code of conduct at all times.
