We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our sustainble energy company in Bridgend. This role plays a crucial part in supporting our sales department by ensuring smooth administrative processes, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with customer and internal queries.
What will the role involve:
* Provide administrative support to the sales team, including processing orders and preparing sales reports.
* Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
* Handle customer inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
* Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
* Manage schedules, appointments, and communications for the sales team.
* Generate and analyze sales data to support business decisions.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
