Just Recruitment is working with a well-regarded business, based in Braintree - actively recruiting for a Digital Solution Support role.
The Digital Solution Support role is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to the global digital solutions team. Reporting to the Head of Digital Solutions, the candidate will focus on system configuration, support, and maintenance related to global B2B, online ordering, and production platforms.
Duties include:
Incident Handling: Log and address support issues, both internally and with external suppliers. There is a particular focus on data interface files and spotting issue within system configurations.
System Configuration: Assist with setup, administration, and configuration of production systems.
Template maintenance: Assist with templates creation and maintenance for various artwork creation tools.
Technical Experience:
In-house training will be given to fulfil the requirements of the role
Ideal for candidates with a keen interest in IT, with IT-related qualifications at GCSE level or higher. Vocational and A Level qualifications are favourable.
MS Office Proficiency: Strong understanding of core Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
