You will be responsible for providing marketing and administrative support to the marketing team by managing the day-to-day brand activities and coordinating brand administration on time and to budget. Key Responsibilities: Social Media & Digital: Manage the Urban Eat, WCP, and FFN social media channels and coordinate online activity with the digital agency, including monthly social media reporting. Marketing Collateral: Oversee the creation and maintenance of marketing assets such as brochures and flyers, and ensure all materials on the Mezze portal are up-to-date. Trade & Customer Engagement: Organise trade advertising, customer promotions, and trade shows, as well as handle internal PR and engagement activities for the FFN brand. Competitor & Market Insights: Track and report on competitor activity and market trends, providing actionable recommendations to the team. Store Visits: Conduct regular store visits (both online and in-store) to document and share insights with the team. Knowledge of the food industry and branding is desirable but not essential. Drivers licence and car is needed.
