The Role:
1. Supporting clients during the life of the facility taking ownership and the lead for management of own portfolios.
2. Management of the Portfolio Executive to ensure that all day-to-day administrative tasks are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner.
3. Nurture and protect clients identified with clear action plans for generating new business and managing risk.
4. Work closely with the BD team to successfully onboard clients, assisting with the payout of facilities with solicitors.
The Responsibilities:
1. Ensure that all portfolio reviews are dealt with in a timely manner.
2. Use Power BI with action plans to be formalized 3 months prior to a facility expiring.
3. Take ownership for the collation of client documentation using the Portfolio Executive as support.
4. Support the client journey liaising with multiple stakeholders both internal & external e.g., solicitors, accountants, introducers etc.
5. Ensure payments by DD represent >90% of own portfolio.
6. Monitor and manage risk on own portfolio (financial and general compliance).
7. Adopt a right first-time approach to data entry and reporting across the core operating systems and the portal.
8. Ensure collaboration with the Portfolio Executive in this area.
9. Take the lead in monthly portfolio reviews and have ownership of individual portfolios with specific focus around the nurture and protect process.
10. Promptly report any red flags or EWI's and use of dynamic risk ratings.
11. Ability to capture buildings insurance documents, monitoring expiry dates and engaging clients in renewals on own portfolio.
12. Take the lead with the management of the Portfolio Executive.
