Contract Type: Permanent

We are excited to announce the opening of our latest store, SPAR Bowness, and our colleagues from retail stores to Head office are an integral part of the James Hall & Co family.
More About the Role
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the store including motivating and training your team, enhancing customer satisfaction, and leading the team to ensure the financial success of the business. We expect you to lead by example and be a hands-on manager by developing your team.
Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing
* Control costs
* Maximise sales and profits
* Maintain security within the store according to Company procedures
* Maintain store standards including customer service, health and safety, and food hygiene
* Ensure legal compliance according to Company personnel policies and procedures
* Maintain and update administration in accordance with existing procedures
* Manage staff effectively
