This role will be at the forefront of ensuring the company's luxury vehicles meet the quality, safety, and performance standards expected by the high net-worth clientele. Conducting mechanical assessments, diagnosing a range of faults, and completing a variety of repairs in line with manufacturers' regulations. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional time management skills and an ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
The Role:
1. Conduct comprehensive mechanical assessments on a diverse range of vehicles
2. Identify and report visual defects and abnormal driving behaviours
3. Perform high-quality repairs to ensure vehicles are retail-ready
4. Install accessories and components as specified by the sales team
5. Maintain detailed records of all work performed and parts used for warranty compliance
6. Utilise a range of diagnostic tools to accurately diagnose faults and recommend effective repair solutions
7. Ensure workshop equipment is well-maintained by following maintenance schedules and promptly reporting any issues
8. Deliver all work to the highest standards to ensure customer satisfaction and minimise return repairs
Monday to Friday 08:00 to 17:00 and 1 in 4 Saturdays
The Person:
1. Hold a NVQ Level 3 in motor vehicle repair or similar
2. Previous proven experience in a similar role
3. Strong knowledge of diagnostic tools
4. A full, clean UK driving licence is required
