We are partnered with one of the most innovative and market leading supplier services in the industry.
Mid-way through their sustainable growth journey - now is the time to build upon their Supply Chain and Sales Teams; we are looking for an ambitious and energetic Head of Seller Development to ensure consistent growth and best practice across the model.
The business has an award winning reputation in tool and equipment hire, along with ongoing training and development opportunities
Key Responsibilities -
* Manage a high performing team as they continue to build up the robust supply chain within the building services sector.
* Analyse the data and identify trends where there are gaps within the supply chain.
* Understand product demands and the business conversion metrics that apply - identify opportunities for further growth.
* Build reciprocal business between buyers and sellers.
* Promote a culture of embedded risk-management across the wider supply chain and sales teams.
* Ensure that the supply chain is fully audited and compliant - collaborating effectively with the audit team.
* Research the market and identify opportunities for growth and product development - leading to increased revenue.
* Understand the needs of the sellers/suppliers, ensuring excellent service at all touch-points.
* Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
* Support the Commercial Director in pricing strategies and implementing the commercial direction.
To Be Successful -
* Experience in marketplace/ecommerce or growing accounts in a non-asset business essential.
* Excellent diplomatic communication skills, along with team work across a variety of internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
* Ability to prioritise and adjust your approach where needed.
* Strong IT & Microsoft Office skills.
* Ability to travel to Old Trafford around 2 days a week and flexibility to travel nationally and stay overnight when needed.
* Full driving license.
