Applications are invited for post for the position of Imaging Recruitment Superintendent.
This is a professional Health and Care Professions Council registered Radiographer role to be an integral member of the Imaging Superintendent Team to support the successful recruitment of Radiographers within the Imaging Department.
Working under the Imaging Clinical Manager, the post holder will be responsible for Radiographer recruitment, including international recruitment. They will also provide key support to Radiographers new to the organisation providing and facilitating induction and preceptorship support.
The post holder will work within the University Hospital of Derby & Burton Imaging department across all sites providing service and support excellent links between Imaging and preceptorship services.
The Imaging Recruitment Superintendent will work closely with the Imaging Clinical Managers and Superintendents to provide a consistent approach to recruitment. They will also ensure that the correct induction, preceptorship and pastoral support is available to newly recruited staff within imaging.
To be an active member of the Imaging Superintendent operational team, assisting the Imaging team to provide a high quality and safe service for imaging staff and service users.
