Hybrid Working - In either our London or Lincoln office 2 days per week (or more if you like) with 3 days remotely. Occasional paid travel to non-based office (paid by us of course) Reporting into our Learning & Development Team Lead, this role is ideal for someone looking to enhance their LD experience. You’ll have autonomy with this role but share knowledge with the team to help improve performance of new and existing members of our telesales team. The Opportunity: Supporting Team Leads (specifically the Learning & Development Team Lead) with recruitment of new team members On-boarding and training all new starters in the team with the support of the L&D Team Lead Supporting the L&D Team Lead with continuous training through call listening, training sessions and workshops Updating training content that already existing and creating new content with your own ideas What we need from you: Experience in creating and delivering training content to new and existing members of the team (ideally within telesales or script selling) Ability to work independently but also part of a team to increase performance of an already high performing sales team Ability to work on multiple things simultaneously, on-boarding, training, recruitment and performance management will all be part of this role.
