NHS Supply Chain has an exciting opportunity for an ICN Co-ordinator to join the Web and Customer Communications Team. The role of the ICN coordinator is to coordinate the Important Customer Notices (ICN) process and ensure their accurate and timely communication to the market is in line with the guidance outlined. Work collaboratively across multiple internal teams to ensure these business-critical communications are correct.
Every day you will …
* Coordinate the Important Customer Notices (ICN) process and ensure their accurate and timely communication to the market is in line with the guidance outlined.
* Format spreadsheets and maintain brand compliance.
* Manage the Marketing inbox and tracker.
* Act as part of the ICN Coordinator team, providing clear communication and reporting on work levels.
* Provide ad-hoc support to the wider Communications Team, including but not exclusively evaluation, reporting, and use of data to improve communication using all available digital tools and dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics).

What skills will help you thrive in this role?
* Extensive experience in a customer and/or administrative role, ideally in a healthcare company.
* Proven experience of Stakeholder management.
* Excellent problem-solving skills.
* Ability to support in analysing data and communicate effectively to teams and functions.
* Work on own initiative and to tight deadlines.
* Comfortably work as part of cross-functional teams.
* Microsoft Office skills – specifically Word and Excel.
