Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide personal care and support to individuals with daily living tasks, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
2. Assist with mobility, transfers, and repositioning of individuals.
3. Help with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition.
4. Monitor and record vital signs and changes in health condition.
5. Offer emotional support, companionship, and engage in social activities.
6. Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the care environment.
7. Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with other care staff and family members.
8. Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
1. Previous experience in a care or support role of 3-6 months.
2. A caring, compassionate, and patient nature.
3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. A willingness to undergo relevant training and development.
6. An enhanced Access Ni check will be required (company will support this).
7. Basic understanding of health and safety guidelines in a care setting.
8. NISCC registration or willingness to apply.
