Vision for Education is looking to appoint a SEND Teaching Assistant to join our successful supply team and work in a friendly primary school in the Bourne area. This would be a full-time or part-time position beginning ASAP.

We’re looking for a calm, nurturing SEN Teaching Assistant to support within this well-resourced school in Bourne. The perfect candidate will be motivated, calm, and professional, ideally with knowledge of SEN as this would involve working with children with additional needs. This post would suit a patient, caring, and calm individual with a passion for supporting young children.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Teaching Assistant-SEND you will:
* Have experience or knowledge of working with children or young people with SEND.
* Be flexible, proactive, and patient.
* Be able to communicate effectively within a team.

Salary
£415 to £515 per week. Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are:
* To have recent experience working with children in the last 2 years.
* To have relevant training or qualifications.
