Well regarded and reputable UK law firm is seeking a new Receptionist to join their London office team on a permanent basis. This will be a fantastic opportunity for Reception staff to help set up a new in-house Reception team for the firm. Salary to £35,000 Office based 5 days a week 35 hour weekly shift rota between the hours of 7.45am – 7pm Receptionist Key Responsibilities: Meeting, greeting, and interacting with clients, visitors and staff Switchboard call handling via Microsoft Teams Internal call handling including taking and passing on accurate messages via email Processing and confirming meeting room booking requests in a timely manner Meeting room set up and hospitality – including setting up hybrid meetings, liaising with the AV & Facilities teams where necessary Client orientated mind to anticipate needs of visitors to the firm Assist with training and induction of new staff Organising and assisting with hospitality and events including organisation of audio-visual systems and trouble-shooting any problems that may arise Invoice processing for the team Receptionist Key Skills & Requirements: Previous experience within a front of house role in a legal (preferred) or professional services environment Previous experience of event organisation is advantageous Knowledge of Microsoft Office and online room booking systems Proactive approach Excellent telephone manner, communication & organisational skills
