We are looking for RMNs that can support those in our care that are on their mental health journey but also require support for other health conditions.
You'll need to have the following:
1. A minimum of one year of nursing experience
2. Right to work in the UK

Responsibilities:
1. Developing care plans of nursing care requirements and treatments which take account of patient choice and wishes
2. Accurately observe and build trust and therapeutic relationships with patients to assess their needs and evaluate their progress.
3. Review and update Nursing Care plans.
4. Respond to changes in patient condition and needs.
5. Prioritise nursing duties and delegate appropriately and effectively
6. Liaise with multi-disciplinary teams
7. A thorough understanding of policies and guidance, including safeguarding adult and children's policies, Mental Health, Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Standards.
8. Ensure the correct administration of medication
9. Adhere to NMC Code
