What They’re Looking For: • Professional Qualifications – CIPP Level 5 or 6 qualification required• Payroll Expertise – Experience handling complex payroll functions• Strong Leadership – A supportive manager who can inspire, develop, and manage effectively• Hands-On Approach – Comfortable working within payroll operations and staying up to date with legislative changes.• Excellent Communication Skills – Confident in verbal and written communication, able to liaise across departments.• Transactional Accounting Knowledge – Understanding of finance operations, reporting, and compliance.
