You can help us fulfil our vision About the Role We’re looking for a REGIONAL MANAGER to join the UK Regional Management team, part of the wider Performance Team at Stuart UK. You will report into the UK Regional management lead. You will focus on delivering a world class service to our clients at all times through insights-driven analysis, excellent planning and meticulous execution. You will be working across stakeholders to pinpoint areas for improvements in your city and apply targeted performance strategies. You will be at the forefront of the operation, running and maximising the operations on a day-by-day and week-by-week basis. You will join the Operations Team based in our beautiful office in London, Old Street. What will I be doing? You will be responsible for working across teams and departments to ensure the smooth running of our on-demand client operations within your city. You will work across teams and departments to ensure the correct courier supply in place, devise courier incentive strategies, provide performance insights and analyses as well as prepare and execute for client launches and roll-outs. Responsible for the daily on-demand operations of our clients Owner of financial and operational decisions Allocating budget effectively to match supply and demand - working with Business Operations, Courier Operations and the Fleet Management team to ensure that we have enough riders in the right place at the right time Working closely with Commercial & Account Management to understand client requirements & adapting the daily operations to satisfy client needs & achieve client SLAs Identifying areas for operational improvement based on your analyses, operational understanding and courier feedback Designing courier incentive and productivity schemes to balance our financial and operational metrics for our on-demand clients Vetting and executing store roll-outs across key clients What do we need from you?
