This position will be responsible for phoning outreach to prospective Messiah University students and maintaining accurate call records.
This position requires working at least 5 hours per week. A consistent schedule will be made based on student and call center station availability. Call Center hours are:
1. Monday – Thursday: 3:30 PM – 9:00 PM
2. Friday: 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM
3. Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Required Qualifications
1. Must have completed one year at Messiah University by start date.

1. Must maintain a friendly demeanor over the phone.
2. Must have strong communication skills.
3. Must be detail-oriented.
4. Must be able to multi-task.
5. Must be in good academic standing.
Dress Code Requirements
Clothing must be appropriate to wear to class. Casual dress is clean and neat. Wearing apparel with any inappropriate printing is unacceptable.

Primary Duties
1. Responsible for phoning outreach to prospective students.
2. Must enter succinct and accurate entries into call records.
3. Follow-up with Admissions staff as necessary regarding questions/issues raised during phone calls.
4. Must maintain consistent and reliable attendance.
