Job Description: We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support the lead teacher in delivering high-quality early years education, ensuring that each child’s individual needs are met. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the planning and implementation of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities. - Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children. - Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment. - Observe and record children’s progress, reporting back to the lead teacher. - Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child’s learning journey. - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the classroom. Requirements: - Previous experience working within a nursery or school setting is essential. - A genuine passion for early childhood education. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. - A proactive and positive attitude. - Relevant qualifications in early years education are desirable.
