The successful candidate will be part of a team of building surveyors covering all aspects of professional and project-related building surveying across a wide range of sectors including commercial and industrial.
Responsibilities:
1. Execute and coordinate projects, providing high quality technical design.
2. Manage the preparation of feasibility studies and reports.
3. Undertake surveys and produce reports giving findings, discussion, conclusions and recommendations.
4. Undertake the project management and financial control of small and medium sized projects.
5. Supervise and monitor the use of computer-based systems to ensure these are used correctly.
6. Prepare design and progress reports.
7. Deliver agreed business development targets.
8. Assist the marketing department.
9. Obtain and review quotes for investigation works.
Requirements:
1. Relevant degree (RICS approved, 2:1 minimum).
2. A full driving licence.
3. Good IT skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, AutoCAD, NBS and other software).
