About The Role
Alderbury is a 5-bed bungalow based in beautiful Wiltshire, supporting adults with learning disabilities, down syndrome, physical disabilities and epilepsy to live their best life! The individuals we support include John who loves fishing and takes frequent trips out to catch the fish of the day. He loves going into town and having his hair cut, and loves to people watch too. Nicky loves going to the hairdressers and regularly visits the day centre - she loves a good pamper and getting her nails done! We support everyone to visit the local pub for lunch, go on days out to the park, visiting Longleat and going into town.
As a Flexi-Bank Support Worker, you will be at the forefront of providing high-quality, enabling care. Every day brings new challenges and rewards, making this a truly fulfilling role. You'll be key in helping us achieve our goal of being the best in the field.
