You’ll have a mix of creative, strategic, and client-facing responsibilities, with a strong emphasis on design and project management. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a close-knit team, working directly with the director and helping shape Virtualoom’s next stage of growth.

Daily Responsibilities:
* Graphic Design: Your primary focus will be creating high-quality, visually engaging materials for both our clients and Virtualoom’s own marketing needs. You’ll have full creative freedom to design property brochures, social media graphics, marketing board visuals, and more.
* Project Management & Client Liaison: You’ll manage projects from start to finish, keeping clients updated, maintaining our streamlined processes, and ensuring the exceptional 5-star service Virtualoom is known for.
* Marketing Strategy & Implementation: You’ll develop and execute targeted marketing strategies for both client projects and Virtualoom’s own growth, covering areas like PPC, SEO, and social media advertising to help drive new business.
* Networking & Industry Events: Property marketing is a people-centric industry, so you’ll attend events and network alongside our director, Olivia, helping to foster valuable industry relationships.
* Drone Photography/Videography: Occasionally, you’ll be trained to operate a drone for property shoots around Hampshire, capturing unique content to elevate our property marketing further.
Essential Requirements:
* Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe software (Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign) and a strong portfolio showcasing a range of skills, including website design, digital ads, photo editing, and print media.
* Marketing Expertise: Experience running PPC/Facebook advertising campaigns, with an understanding of targeting and optimisation for effective results.
* Time Management & Organisation: Highly organised and able to handle multiple projects with excellent attention to detail and deadlines.
* Client Communication: Confident in speaking with clients and suppliers, interpreting briefs, and presenting creative ideas effectively.
* Passion for Property: A genuine interest in the property sector, with a desire to expand your knowledge and grow within the industry.
* Driving Licence: A valid licence is required for site visits and event attendance as needed.
Desirable Skills:
* WordPress/Elementor Basics: Knowledge of updating and managing content on WordPress sites.
* Copywriting/SEO Skills: Basic understanding of SEO and strong copywriting ability for web and marketing copy.
* B2B Experience: Previous experience working in a B2B marketing environment is a plus.
