This role sits within the Ecommerce team and works closely with the Brand Marketing Team. The main responsibility of the Ecommerce Executive is to own all touchpoints that the customer has with the B2C Peregrine website, from the site content and managing all product data through to owning the support Customer Service for Peregrine Clothing. This role is based at our Bristol office, Monday to Friday.

Main Responsibilities
Product Data
* Own website product data documents and be responsible for our entire product data database, working closely with the Sourcing Manager.
* Own all product data and assets, from product descriptions and specs, through to imagery and sustainability details.
* Ensure all attributes are correct so all products are merchandised accurately and filters work correctly on site.
* Responsible for seamless launches seasonally and continued maintenance of all product content and information linked to products is accurate and up to date.
* Optimise the website navigation to reflect new ranges and seasonal updates, to ensure the ranges are easy to navigate and to encourage purchases.
* Work with finance to ensure price lists are updated and accurate each season.
* Ensure all products have complete Meta data for SEO and product descriptions are key-word rich.
Trading
* Ensure the website content and messaging reflects the Trade Calendar as defined by the Marketing Manager.
* Manage all new collection launches on site, as well as any promotional and campaign activity e.g. Sale, considering the customer journey throughout.
* Work with the Head of Online Trading to continuously optimise and review Conversion rate across all devices.
* Support the Head of Online Trading with the third party agencies for all Paid Media ensuring ads are optimised at all times and ROAS is to target.
* Manage Affiliate marketing, delivering on-brand campaigns and develop relationships with key partners to grow the channel.
* Ensure the website is fully optimised for SEO throughout the seasons and is kept up to date by keeping on top of search engine updates.
* Maintain all transactional and automated email flows in Klaviyo, including Birl, updating seasonally and in line with promotional activity as per the trade calendar.
Customer Service
* Manage & resolve all customer enquiries via phone, emails and on social media, liaising with the relevant stakeholders and the warehouse to deliver a premium customer service experience.
* Monitor and reply to customer reviews on Junip and Trustpilot.
* Manage all website Returns (including exchange and faulty goods) in the portal Swap, feeding back to the Production team of any notable trends or feedback.
* Feedback to the wider team any relevant feedback or insights from customers through the customer service journey & product insight.
* Continuously work to find efficiencies within the customer service processes and systems used.
Other
* Ensure policies and key information is accurate across the website and updated when required.
* Keep up to date with key competitor activity and wider market trends.
