International Trade Coordinator
Location: Northampton
Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9:30am – 4:30pm
Salary: £13.07
Type: Temporary – Permanent
Duties
* Deliver accurate and timely export documentation and services.
* Advise customers on export-related issues and procedures.
* Process and certify export documents, including Certificates of Origin and ATA Carnets.
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
* Stay updated on export market trends and procedures.
* Work with internal teams, suppliers, embassies, and other stakeholders.
* Handle financial tasks like reconciling payments and managing cheque amounts.
* Keep detailed and accurate records using a CRM system.
* Guide customers to external resources when needed.
The Candidate
* Administrative and Customer Service experience.
* Experience with exports not required.
* Proficient in using computers.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail.
* Problem solving skills.
