This is a permanent, part time role, working 29.6 hours per week.
Day to day duties of the role
Provide informed, impartial careers and employability-related information and advice to Higher Education students / those on degree apprenticeships.
Provide information, advice, and guidance to support students with career decision-making.
Deliver workshops on CV writing, job/placement applications, interview preparation, further study options etc.
Work to deliver activities / events to enable students to support their own progression opportunities, including running recruitment presentations, open days, fairs etc.
Required skills and qualifications
Professional qualification in Careers / Advice & Guidance.
Careers guidance experience in an education setting.
Experience in employer engagement.
Experience in coordinating / monitoring work placements.
You will also need a full UK driving licence to perform this role.
