Title: Payroll Administrator
Location: Luton/Hybrid
Type: Permanent and Full Time
JGA are partnered with a growing payroll function, seeking an experienced payroll professional who can work in a busy and fast-paced environment.
Key Competencies:
1. Ability to calculate a manual payslip
2. Knowledge of SSP
3. End-to-end experience processing payroll
4. Experience with high volumes of payroll across weekly deadlines
5. Good legislative knowledge
You will be able to work fairly independently and hit the ground running.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Full processing of weekly/monthly payrolls
2. Processing starters, leavers, and payroll changes
3. Administering Company Sick Pay and Statutory Sick Pay schemes
4. Administering the payment of deductions
5. Production of payslips
6. Production of necessary records and documentation to ensure timely and accurate payment of wages
7. Production of reports to assist Functional and Garage teams
8. Perform control checks as necessary
9. Answering payroll-related enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
10. Ensure payroll documentation is up-to-date
11. Assisting with other tasks in the office as required
