Permanent Full Time (37 hours per week) About bpha and the Role It’s an exciting time at bpha. Due to business growth and our ambitious plans we are expanding our People team across a number of roles. We are now looking to appoint a new HR Admin Manager role within our operational HR team. This is a Hybrid role with the expectation of attending the Bedford office typically two to three times, to keep us connected and aligned to the needs of the business and the team, working together to achieve the best outcomes. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be working as part of a friendly team using your skills, experience, knowledge and behaviours to support colleagues and managers with fulfilling people needs using a positive and pragmatic approach. Managing a small team of skilled colleagues, this new role will lead on tailored and creative HR administration approaches and solutions to meet ever-changing business needs, focusing on development and growth of the business, ensuring all HR admin is completed at the right time and in the right way. Delivering an outstanding colleague experience throughout the process, encouraging managers to be advocates for their people and driving continuous improvement and ongoing process development are important outcomes in this role. About You You will be an energetic and experienced Manager with a strong track record of leading and developing first class administration services within a high volume business environment. This includes varied experience of sectors, with the ability to prioritise effectively according to urgency or sensitivity of enquiries. Tenacious and confident, you will be able to effectively manage the colleague lifecycle administration for a broad range of people. You will be highly effective in building relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders as an ambassador for bpha and the HR Operations team internally and externally. You will lead the HR administration team to be outcomes and solution focused, creating accurate and relevant people files, working inside the HRIS.
