As an Engineering Support Manager, you will ensure that the customer is at the heart of everything we do. You will supervise and coordinate operations within the branch and deputise for the Branch Manager in their absence.

What you'll need:
* Good communication skills and experience of working within a customer site.
* Experience working in the lifting equipment industry.
* Experience working within a testing environment.
* Experience of using heavy lifting gear or a strong mechanical engineering background.
* Competent in the inspection of lifting equipment in accordance with LOLER and PUWER.
* LEEA Qualification/s desirable.
* Customer focused, able to demonstrate the ability to understand customer needs and can get things done.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to prioritise workload and work under pressure to strict deadlines.
* Capability to take ownership and responsibility.
* Ability to adapt to individual and operational change in a diverse and fast-paced organisation.
* Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver.
