As we embark on the implementation of a new organisational strategy, with new organisational outcomes and an aspiration to gear
further organisational growth, we are looking for a dynamic Head of people and culture to drive the next phase of transformation
in our people and culture function.
This is a pivotal role in shaping our organisation's future, driving strategic HR initiatives, and fostering a high-performance
culture. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and collaboration skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to
influence organisational culture, change and senior stakeholders.
