Day-to-day of the role: Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with clients, understand their unique needs, and provide tailored insurance solutions. Policy Administration: Efficiently and accurately process policy renewals, re-brokes, endorsements, and changes. Risk Assessment: Analyse client risks and recommend appropriate coverage options. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in commercial classes of insurance, including property, liability, and motor. Strong understanding of insurance principles, underwriting guidelines, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency in using insurance-related software and systems.
