The Role
* Build effective rapport and relationships with our Members in order to achieve their individual goals.
* Carry out gym inductions to the recognised company standards and design training programmes for our Members.
* Teach and demonstrate safe and effective exercises.
* Ensure correct use and storage of all machinery and equipment in fitness suite and studios.
* Clean equipment in fitness suite and studios.
* Supervise gym users, ensuring their safety at all times.
Who are we looking for?
* Minimum Fitness Instructor Level 2 or equivalent qualification essential
* Level 3 PT qualification preferred.
* CIMSPA endorsed qualifications essential
* Experience in the Leisure and Fitness industry
* Flexible and willing to assist in all areas of the complex, when required
* Excellent customer service skills with friendly, approachable personality
* First Aid Qualification desirable, but not essential
* Proven experience in exercise classes an advantage
