An Office Administrator is required ideally on an immediate basis, though short notice can be considered. This would be a permanent role, however open to someone supporting on a temporary basis with view to become permanent or for the interim. Supporting with day to day admin duties therefore previous experience in a similar role required and access to a car or train station due to location.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handling all data processing including the input of information from customer PO’s onto company system.
* Purchasing required supplies for office, including stationary orders etc.
* Invoicing support.
* Managing documents, including matching up doc packs, scanning, and filing.
* Answering phone/directing calls.
Applicants to this role require:
* Previous experience in similar role.
* Good working knowledge of computer systems, e.g. Microsoft Office packages.
* Strong attention to detail, with a methodical approach.
* Ability to work to own initiative.
