Each day will vary; however, the core components of your role will include:
* Make outbound and receive inbound calls to our SKN and Harley Medical Group patients to assist with enquiries about aesthetic treatments.
* Deliver an outstanding patient experience while identifying opportunities to help our patients with their personal goals.
* Display strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Build trust and rapport with our patients, ensuring the best possible outcome to their enquiry.
* Take ownership of every interaction, ensuring a positive and informative experience.
Essential Skills:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* The ability to deal with customers over the telephone in a confident and professional manner.
* A willingness to learn.
* Excellent rapport-building and communication skills with the ability to overcome objections.
