About The Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Post Room Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring efficient distribution across departments, and supporting the smooth operation of the post room.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sorting and distributing incoming mail and packages.
2. Preparing and dispatching outgoing mail.
3. Managing courier collections and deliveries.
4. Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and postage costs.
5. Assisting with general administrative tasks when required.
6. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a post room, mailroom, or administrative role (desirable but not essential).
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently in a small team.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office, tracking systems).
