The Role:
As an Automotive Body Shop Trainer/Tutor, you will:
1. Inspire and mentor small groups of learners, delivering training in Panel, MET Bodyshop, and Paint to adult learners.
2. Build strong relationships with your students, supporting their growth and development.
3. Deliver engaging and hands-on training, ensuring that each student gains the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in the automotive body shop sector, specifically working with BMW standards and techniques.
What We’re Looking For:
1. Experience in Automotive either Body Shop or as a Technician: Whether you’re an experienced technician who would like to train to be a trainer, or currently in a teaching role, your expertise is invaluable.
2. Passion for Coaching and Development: You should have a knack for mentoring and helping others succeed.
3. Organisational Skills: You’ll need to manage your time effectively and keep track of your learners’ progress.
