Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the music department, providing guidance and support to a team of music teachers

Requirements
* A degree in Music Education or a related field

* Proven experience as a music teacher, with a track record of delivering outstanding music education
* Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
* Extensive knowledge of music theory, history, and practical skills
* Ability to plan and deliver engaging and dynamic music lessons
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, parents, and other stakeholders
* Up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and educational requirements, including national curriculum guidelines for music education
